Mondrian AI Successfully Delivers a Tailored Private AI Cloud Platform to LG AI Academy

Mondrian AI, an enterprise specializing in AI Transformation (AX), announced that it has successfully delivered a tailored private AI cloud platform to LG AI Academy, the training arm of LG AI Research, and is now providing ongoing service operations. The project was launched to support LG Group's mission of cultivating in-house AI experts by giving program participants a stable, efficient research environment.

Recognizing the unique operational demands of an education setting, Mondrian AI built its solution around Runyour Cloud, its proprietary AI cloud platform, and delivered a fully customized response to the academy's requirements. The platform ensured uninterrupted access to high-performance GPU resources while flexibly accommodating the differing infrastructure needs of each training program.

In particular, Mondrian AI introduced a differentiated hybrid technical support model aligned with the academy's training schedule. Going beyond standard helpdesk response, the team provided phased, in-depth support and combined intensive on-site assistance with a ticket-based support track—improving operational efficiency and overall service reliability.

Mondrian AI also built a dedicated Enterprise Portal for LG AI Research, enabling the customer to directly manage its own training environment. Through the portal, administrators can assign resources to individual trainees and monitor GPU, CPU, memory, and network traffic usage in real time via a unified dashboard—streamlining management while driving meaningful cost savings.

Despite intense competition from major global players, Mondrian AI secured the contract on the strength of its specialized AI cloud capabilities, rapid demo execution, and a proven track record of meeting stringent security requirements.
